Few reward data platform providers today can trace their heritage back to 1977 but that’s exactly the case with SBC Systems. Our parent company started back then in the United States as a response to the ERISA legislation that was making administration of benefit schemes complex and expensive. Originally marketed to third party administrators as a means of taking cost and errors out of their businesses, our software soon became an industry pioneer as increasing numbers of direct clients sought it out as a means to bring control and efficiency to their reward arrangements. Continual investment in technology and people brought us to the UK in the early 2000’s, enabling U.K. firms to benefit from our unique platform. Fast forward to now and SBC Systems (U.K.) Ltd is an independent legal entity, incorporated in London, with more than 1.8 million U.K. employees having one aspect or another of their employee reward managed on ArielBenefits. We’ve come a long way but our best is yet to come.
